Go vegan 7 day challenge

You don’t want to contribute to cruelty towards animals, but yet you cannot imagine a pizza without a bit of chicken? No problem. You can try to go vegan for 7 days! Get to know different cuisines and new tastes.

To many of us, veganism and vegetarianism is a lifestyle and a diet. Both groups don’t eat meat and products of animal origin. Vegans, however, represent a more strict approach, because they don’t support any ways of exploiting animals. That is why vegan diet doesn’t include honey, milk or eggs and vegans give up using animal-based fabric e.g. wool or silk.

Going vegan enhances your chance for longer life and better mood. Products of plant origin provide your body with all necessary nutrients, which protect you from numerous diseases. Anyone, who claims that meat is crucial for our diet, is wrong.

A well adjusted vegan diet is suitable for every person, regardless of age.

Is it safe and healthy? American Diabetes Association provides us with an answer to that question:

“Yes! A vegetarian diet is a healthy option, even if you have diabetes… Vegan diets are naturally higher in fiber, much lower in saturated fat, and cholesterol-free.. Eating soy products and a mix of vegetables, fruits, beans, and whole grains provides plenty of protein and other important nutrients. ”

If you’d like to try, but if you are not sure how to start, leave a comment and I’ll send you an example diet plan for next couple of days!
