Can’t afford a gym membership? Do it yourself!

No excuses anymore. Now you can train at home, without equipment. What’s stopping you, take your mat and start your workout!

It can be very expensive to train at a gym or do other sports as well. But what you can do for free is to train at home. Or outside. Why not take a refreshing jogging tour? Or take a ride with your bike? There are many instructors on YouTube that can guide you through yoga, Pilates and muscle workout.

For instance, you can train your butt at home with these easy steps:

I have to recommend Blogilates on YouTube. You can choose from different Pilates videos instructed by Cassey Ho or you can follow her monthly schedule where it says which videos you will watch each day. The first month you can start with the beginner schedule and after that you can jump in the monthly. Trust me, it’s not going to be easy, but you will look and feel good!

  • Circuit Training Assistant on Android.
  • Runtastic Running & Fitness on Android
  • RunKeeper on IOS

Just search for training in your app store and a lot will pop up.
