Time to act on stress is now
A new year has started but the old stress continues to hamper your life.
So finally a new year has arrived full of new expectations. For some people it’s easy to talk about promises that they will accomplish during the new year. On another hand, many people think it is almost impossible to solve all their problems within a year.
It may be that some will focus on having less stress for the new year
For instance, some professions such as a doctor or nurse have no time to even have New Year’s Eve celebrations.
The intention of this article is to look at those who have been unable to relax due to having so much concern in the head, which ends up being dominated by negative thoughts thus leading to stress. the worst part of this is it causes a reluctance to celebrate, bringing other people down.
This may be a sign that it’s time to turn off some of the vicious unpleasant thoughts and attitudes, to achieve reverse the situation to live in harmony with others. To have more peace throughout the year and not accumulate the stress that can turn into a disease.
For those who are mistaken for problems and can only see things in displeasure, run while you can. Act! It’s time for a radical change to improve your life. A person suffering from stress does not admit that they need help because they often cannot even see the changes that occur in it.
First step, identify the signs: impatience; irritability; insomnia; palpitation; fatigue and memory failure. These are the first signs appearing in stress.
With these signals the person creates within it a lock that changes their behaviour. Choose one side to focus on, perhaps work or studies, and put leisure aside for the moment. once you’ve identified the problem it’s time to help your self. Remember what once gave you pleasure, choose a distraction and circumvent stress to exit this snowball of stress.
Organise a list of primary tasks. Find your problem and try to face it, but review your attitudes before mastering this problem. In your list of tasks, get organised better in their schedules. Set aside time to devote to something that gives you pleasure, reading, writing, physical activity, meditation etc.
Speaking of meditation, it is scientifically proven to help in everything in life. And for those who think that meditation is “ the art of not thinking about anything” they are mistaken. The practice of meditation may even slow the aging process of the brain. When we do physical activity we notice muscle mass gain, research shows that meditation can stimulate the growth of new brain cells, which means more measurable grey matter in certain brain areas. Consequently with this art makes us discover a new world within us, accepting and knowing our limits.
However never discount the positive feelings that come from working out. Recalling the practice of physical activities is also recommended because it releases endorphins. Going to the gym will make you feel fitter and increase your confidence in yourself. Improving your physical image can also improve your mental health.
Write down and practice these tips I have suggested today. Start this new year more organized and peaceful, avoiding unwanted stress.
