50 Shades of Grey tops Hollywood’s worst film awards.
The best-selling novel 50 Shades of Grey, turned Hollywood box office hit has topped The Annual Razzie Awards this year, leading the “honours” of Hollywood’s worst films.
The erotic box office smash, based on the novels written by E.L James won several Razzie Awards including “Worst Screenplay”. The awards took place last night, on the eve of the Oscar’s ceremony tonight (1:30am UK Time).
In total 50 Shades of Grey, starring Jamie Dornan and Dakota Johnson in the lead roles picked up five awards. The film picked up the awards for: Worst picture (tied with Fantastic Four), worst actress (Dakota Johnson), worst actor (Jamie Dornan), worst screenplay and worst onscreen couple.
Falling just short of the big “winner” of the night 50 Shades of Grey was Fantastic Four, which won: worst picture (along with 50 Shades of Grey), worst director (Josh Trank) and worst sequel/prequel.

Eddie Redmayne, who won last year’s Academy Award for best actor and is nominated again this year for his lead role in The Danish Girls, was “honoured” with worst supporting actor for his role in Jupiter Ascending.
The Golden Raspberry Awards (Also known as The Razzies) was founded by American copywriter and publicist John J.B Wilson in 1980 and is now in its 36th year.
The awards are selected by a voting body of more than 900 people worldwide. The full list of “winners” this year are:
