Bethesda’s Fallout 4 trailer

Bethesda’s Fallout 4 trailer

Yesterday, Bethesda put up a countdown clock online. Many speculated that this was in reference to Fallout 4, which we now know is true.

At three o’clock today, after a lengthy clock countdown that took place on the Fallout website, a trailer for the upcoming Fallout 4 was revealed by Bethesda. The game is set to be released on Playstation 4, Xbox One and PC.

From the trailer it seems we can expect more of the same from the next instalment in the series, a post-apocalyptic adventure set in America with many hints to throwback pop culture that has been left from society before. However, the inclusion of airships in the trailer seems intriguing and the possibility of the main character having a voice for the first time also seems like a possible new feature.

The fact that the game will not be coming to the Xbox 360 and Playstation 3 will annoy some but we can assume this is because Bethesda wants to keep the graphics as cutting edge as possible while not sacrificing any time that could be spent on the game on porting it to other consoles beyond the current generations.
